You are very welcome to stay somewhere else by for example booking a cottage or a room by yourself and then only participate in the livebearer weekend Saturday (with or without dinner). This might be a good option for families where only one or two people plan to participate in the event itself - but others are of course also very welcome to do this.
For more opportunities near Preikestolen (Pulpit Rock), please check here: http://www.regionstavanger.com/

There is room for 52 participants at the meeting – in the meeting room. There is a larger meeting room nearby that we might be allowed to use instead, if more people participate. So far, there is therefore a limit of just slightly more than 50.

Transportation
Transportation by car, train or plane. Flight tickets might actually be the cheapest transportation options both inside and outside Scandinavia. Check for instance the Norwegian low-cost airline:www.norwegian.com

Other airlines could also easily have cheap tickets.
To the extent that there is a need, we will try to arrange transport between the airport and Preikestolen Fjellstue/Pulpit Rock, where the event takes place.
